Up, Up, and Away

First, I'd like to give a shout-out to my four readers: Marian Sherman, Rachel Treichler, Andrea McPherson, and Heather Lord! Thanks for stopping by ladies.

Today, I thought that I would share with you some photos taken at the Raleigh-Durham Airport Observation Park. Although we had heard about this place for many years, we only recently took the kids there. It was such a nice spot to just relax and let the kids play that we went back there again to have a picnic dinner. Here are a few shots I got:

We really had a fun time, and the kids loved running around, playing in the sand, and watching the planes take off/land at the observation deck. So, if you are looking for something to do "last minute", just pick up some Bojangles or Chick-fil-A, take your blanket and Itunes, and head on out there. Oh, we also took sand toys for the kids...they really enjoyed the big sand pit, but it's B.Y.O.S. (shovel, guys).

Will write more later. We are off to my sister's pool for about an hour. We will see if Aaron even makes it that long. I'm going to try and get some pics and post them so check back in. Love to you all!
