Too Cool for the Pool...

Just a quick layout that I put together tonight...a fun day at AV's pool. One of the many wonderful things about having my sister so close by (sniff, sniff...she is moving at the end of the month) was having access to her townhouse pool.

The kids and I were regular attenders this summer. Both kids grew by bubbles and breaststrokes...I am so proud of how far they have come as swimmers. Aaron is FEARLESS. He LOVES putting his head under water, and even gets frustrated when he is unable to dive down very far (he still wears swimmies). Kate can swim the length of the shallow end, is working on her breast stroke, and enjoys diving for objects.

Thanks AV for letting us have ownership of the pool pass this summer. We really enjoyed it, especially the times when you were able to join us. And thanks Kelsey, for coming with us and helping out (read: playing with the kids).
