Two very short stories by Katelyn

Katelyn has gotten the writer's bug as of late, and decided to sit down and type out two Christmas short stories. I wanted to share both with you. Please keep in mind that she created these all by herself (we did use spellcheck for grammar & punctuation). She even came up with the titles. Hope you enjoy!

Making Good Choices
By Katelyn Sherman

Once upon a time there was a baby brother, his name was Aaron. Aaron lived in the city. He was very nice and cute. One time he was invited to a Christmas party. He was very excited until…he had heard from his mom he had to do his chores. He was not very happy about that. He did not want to get in trouble so he did his chores. His little sister did not do her chores. She got in trouble for that so she did not go to the party. Aaron was glad he didn’t get in trouble. He had a great time at the Christmas party. He played games and sang songs and watched a movie. Since it was Christmas Eve, when it was time for bed, he prayed that his sister would obey his mom better and God would never stop loving his family. The End

Helping People Who Are Sick
By Katelyn Sherman

Once upon a time there was a little girl. She was an orphan and her name was Sally. Sally lived in the country. It was Christmas Eve but all she wanted to do was pray to God that someone would take care of her and people in the world would be safe and okay. One of her wishes came true. Someone took care of her but the country was in big trouble. Sally and her mommy wanted to save the people in the country. The problem was lots of people had leprosy. So she thought and thought then she came up with a idea. She prayed to God that all of the people who had leprosy would be healed. Her wish came true. Then she took them back to there family. Sally said thank you for making the people better. The End
